Boat Trip with Spreewald-Style Tapas
Includes delicious dishes from Grandma’s kitchen, such as “Stippe” (a kind of sardine) with boiled potatoes or the popular shrimp pancake.
Our Spreewald-Style Tapas are also available as a package with a tasting of our specialty spirits and liqueurs in a cozy atmosphere.
The “Boat Trip with Spreewald-Style Tapas” package includes:
- Boat Trip from the Barefoot Park
- Welcome with farmhouse bread and lard and a mug of mulled wine
- Spreewald-Style Tapas
- Tasting of specialty spirits and liqueurs (5 schnapps per person)
A prior appointment is required; just ask.
The tapas menu is available to our guests daily from November to March. All other dates are available upon request (birthdays, corporate events, etc.).

Out of the ordinary “tipsy” Boat (Punt) Trip
Let us punt you across the wintry rivers of the idyllic Spreewald and enjoy the peace and quiet and the sight of nature in hibernation.
On this winter barge trip, you will be greeted by the bargeman/woman with fresh farmer’s bread and lard. With a hot mulled wine and snuggled up in fluffy blankets, he will take you past typical Spree Forest farmsteads and floodgates until you are welcomed at the Barefoot Park Inn.
In a cosy atmosphere, in the shine of the open fire, a delicious meal with goose drumstick from the wood-burning oven, red cabbage and dumplings awaits you.
The offer “Out of the ordinary Boat (Punt) Trip” includes:
- Boat trip from the Barefoot Park
- Welcome with farmhouse bread and lard and 1 cup of mulled wine
- Goose drumstick dinner in the restaurant of the Barefoot Park
- Tasting of special distillates and special liqueurs ( 5 schnapps p.p.)
If you don’t like goose, other dishes from our menu are of course available.
